benefits of foot reflexology covers all illness related to an imbalance in the body system.

headaches, menstrual pain, joint, and muscle pain. Foot massage is also an effective stress relief therapy which at
the same time energizes the body.

momentum. Through the years, common health issues affecting our modern lifestyle have been under extensive study

of the China Reflexology Association found foot reflexology to be 93.63% effective in treating 63 disorders.
It was reported by China Reflexology Association, Beijing that reflexology is
87.5% effective for impotence.

blood pressure and that life satisfaction was improved significantly. Smoking certainly does not help.
Study involving middle-aged women had shown that self-reflexology decreased depression, perceived stress, systolic
blood pressure, and helped strengthen their immune systems.
Peripheral artery disease is caused by hardening and narrowing of the arteries.
This can lead to decreased blood flow.
Acupressure has been shown to increase blood flow. A research study in patients with peripheral arterial
occlusive disease i.e. suffering a decreased blood flow in their lower legs showed that acupressure increased the
blood flow in the patients' lower legs.
From chemotherapy to symptom management and from post-operative care to
palliative care, research demonstrate reflexology's effectiveness at alleviating pain, relieving anxiety,
easing nausea and more for cancer patients.
